We strive to provide an unbiased sample of the world's literature, based on evidence whenever possible, or the consensus of opinion of our esteemed advisors. In many instances our tools include practical algorithms to facilitate the decision making process, but not to dictate medical care. The ultimate decision should always rest on the medical team caring for the clients with the involvement of the patient.
