The British Renal Association guidelines recommend minimums for weekly Kt/V_urea of 1.7 and wC^cr of 50 L/1.73 m² but indicate that to achieve these targets would require prescriptions of 1.9 to 2 for Kt/V_urea and 60 to 65 L/1.73 m² for creatinine clearance.
